Both job seekers and employers should keep in mind that disabilities come in many forms. Not all disabilities are visible disabilities. For example, dyslexia, scoliosis, AIDS, diabetes, clubfoot, short stature, epilepsy and ADHD all fall under the category of disability. If you are unsure of whether you have a disability please see the ADA definition below or contact any one of your local disability organizations for assistance. ie. Goodwill, Easter Seals, UCP, EEOC etc.
